1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NovaTracks (the "Service") — including our Discord bot, website, and any related tooling — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to shop operators who deploy the bot and to end-buyers who transact through a shop powered by it.
2.What NovaTracks is
NovaTracks is software and automation that helps Roblox-limited shop operators run their business inside Discord — handling tickets, live stock, pricing, payments, and the dispatch of player-to-player Roblox trades. NovaTracks is a tool; it does not buy, sell, mint, or own the items itself, and it is not a marketplace operated by Roblox.
3.Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter these terms.
- You are responsible for complying with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards at all times.
- You must provide accurate account and payment information.
4.Player-to-player trades
All items are delivered through an in-experience Roblox trade sent from a holding account to your account. Delivery depends on Roblox's trading system being available and on your account being eligible to trade (e.g., Roblox Premium and the 48-hour trade hold). NovaTracks does not control Roblox and cannot guarantee the availability or timing of Roblox's systems.
5.Payments
- Payments are accepted by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal, and are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscription plans are billed monthly and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.
- You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Abusive disputes may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending orders.
6.Delivery & order flow
For shop transactions, once a payment is confirmed the trade is dispatched automatically and a confirmation is posted in the ticket. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable or a trade cannot be completed, the order is flagged for manual review and the operator will assist or arrange a refund.
7.Refunds & warranty
Where a paid item cannot be delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of that item's price via the original payment method. Warranty coverage (where offered by the shop operator) is described at the point of sale. Digital items that have been successfully delivered to your account are generally non-refundable.
8.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Trade items obtained through hacking, account theft, scams, or chargeback fraud.
- Evade Roblox systems, automate abuse, or violate the Roblox Terms of Use.
- Launder funds, or transact on behalf of sanctioned persons or regions.
- Resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
9.Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your Discord and Roblox accounts and any credentials you provide. Operators are responsible for the security of their own bot tokens, payout accounts, and connected Roblox accounts. NovaTracks provides anti-theft safeguards but is not liable for losses arising from a compromise of your own credentials.
10.Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Roblox's systems will remain available. Item values and demand data (e.g., from Rolimons) are third-party estimates and are not guarantees of price.
11.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaTracks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of items, profits, or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or subscription giving rise to the claim.
12.No affiliation with Roblox
NovaTracks is an independent product. We are not endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or authorized by Roblox Corporation. Purchases facilitated through the Service are player-to-player trades and are not transactions with Roblox. Use of any Roblox-related names or marks is purely descriptive of compatibility.
13.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaTracks, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, your violation of the Roblox Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party right.
14.Termination & suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, harms other users, or exposes us or shop operators to liability — including fraud, chargeback abuse, or trading stolen items. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity — survive termination.
15.Intellectual property & license
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by NovaTracks and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant operators a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the bot for their shop while in good standing. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
16.Operator responsibilities
Shop operators using NovaTracks are independent businesses, solely responsible for their own pricing, stock legitimacy, customer service, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable law and the Roblox Terms of Use. NovaTracks provides tooling only and is not a party to the trade between an operator and a buyer.
17.Assumption of risk
Virtual items ("limiteds") have no guaranteed real-world value, and their market value and demand can change at any time. You acknowledge that trading is undertaken at your own risk, that Roblox may modify, freeze, delete, or roll back items or accounts, and that NovaTracks has no control over and accepts no liability for such actions.
18.Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Discord, Roblox, payment processors, and data providers such as Rolimons. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, pricing data, policy changes, or actions taken by these third parties.
19.Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchases or to your shop's revenue. Prices shown do not include taxes unless expressly stated.
20.Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Where permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
21.Severability, assignment & entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with any policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaTracks regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
22.Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Roblox or Discord outages, payment-processor failures, internet disruptions, acts of God, or government action.
23.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
